Page Views (PV)
Page Views (PV) refer to the number of times a page is viewed. Each time a user opens a web page, one PV is recorded. Multiple views of the same page by the same user are each counted as separate PVs.
Unique Visitors (UV)
Unique Visitors (UV) represent the number of distinct users visiting a website within a day (00:00-24:00), based on browser cookies. A visitor is counted only once per day, regardless of how many times they visit.
IP
IP refers to the number of unique IP addresses that visit a website within a day (00:00-24:00). Multiple visits from the same IP address in one day are counted as one.
New Unique Visitors
New Unique Visitors are those who visit the website for the first time on that day.
Sessions
A session is a series of activities by a visitor from the time they enter the website until they leave. One session may include multiple page views (PVs).
Pages per Visit
Pages per Visit is the average number of PVs generated by each unique visitor. Formula: Pages per Visit = Page Views / Unique Visitors.
Average Visit Depth
Average Visit Depth is the average number of PVs per session. Formula: Average Visit Depth = Page Views / Sessions.
Visit Duration
Visit Duration is the time difference between the opening of the last page and the start of the visit in a session.
Average Visit Duration
Average Visit Duration is the average time spent on the website per session. Formula: Average Visit Duration = Total Visit Duration / Sessions.
Bounce Count
Bounce Count refers to the number of sessions where the visitor only views one page before leaving the website.
Bounce Rate
Bounce Rate is the proportion of single-page sessions to total sessions. Formula: Bounce Rate = Bounce Count / Sessions.
Visits
Visits are the number of sessions that come from a specific source.
Page View Share
Page View Share is the proportion of total PVs generated by a specific source or page compared to the entire website's PVs.
Number of Search Terms
The number of search terms used to enter the website via a search engine.
Outbound PVs
Outbound PVs are the number of PVs generated by clicking from one page to other pages within the site.
Average Time on Page
The time difference between when a visitor opens a page and leaves it.
Entry Count
The number of times a page is the first page viewed in a session.
Entry Page Ratio
Entry Page Ratio is the proportion of sessions that start with a specific page compared to the total number of sessions.
Exit Count
The number of times a page is the last page viewed in a session.
Exit Rate
Exit Rate is the proportion of exits from a specific page to the total PVs of that page.
Exit Page Ratio
Exit Page Ratio is the proportion of times a page is the last page in a session compared to the total number of sessions.
Attention Rate
The proportion of clicks on a specific area compared to the total clicks on the tracked page(s).
Plugin Installation Rate
The proportion of unique visitors who have installed a particular plugin compared to the total unique visitors.
Daily Average
The average daily value of traffic data over the past 90 days. For example, Daily Average PV = Total PVs in the last 90 days / 90.
Historical Peak
The highest daily traffic data since the website began tracking statistics.
Historical Total
The total traffic data since the website began tracking statistics.
Direct Input or Bookmark
Visits where the URL is entered directly in the browser's address bar, saved in the browser's bookmarks, or when the source page is lost due to page redirects.
Other External Links
All referring domains or pages excluding search engine websites.
Social Media
New media websites with significant user participation, such as blogs, microblogs, forums, and social networks.
Site Entry
The first page viewed when a visitor enters the website.
Site Exit
The last page viewed before a visitor leaves the website.
Heatmap
A tool that records visitor clicks on a page and uses colors to indicate different levels of click activity. It supports setting a group of pages as the "focus range" and can differentiate click activity by source. This helps understand whether the page design is reasonable and if ad placements can generate more revenue.
Browser Engine
Also known as the layout engine or rendering engine, it is responsible for retrieving the content of a webpage, displaying it, and outputting it to a display or printer. Different browser engines may parse pages differently.
New vs. Returning Visitors
New visitors are those visiting the website for the first time in history, while returning visitors have visited the website before. This feature helps understand the behavior of different types of visitors and optimize the website accordingly. Single-Day Visit Depth
The depth of a visit within a single session, indicating how deeply a user engages with the website. The greater the visit depth, the more engaging the website is for the user.
Last Visit Time
The time difference between each visit and the previous visit to the website. A shorter time gap indicates higher loyalty.
